Analyze clients'' business requirements and overseeing the design of functional specifications for network communication products. Develop user-interface network applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, UML, SQL, ODBC, Map Xtreme, Visual Basic and Visual/C++ (MFC). Develop database queries for web-based systems that communicate with GPS-based Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) equipment. Integrate the systems with wireless TETRA and GSM networks via TCP/IP using TETRA and MPT 1327 radio communication protocols. Test and support networks after the systems have been designed, installed and implemented.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Math and one year’s experience in the position offered or in the IT field.

Special Requirements:

Experience with MapXtreme, GPS-based AVL equipment, TETRA, MPT1327, GSM networks and Visual C/C++ (MFC).
