SafeMobile Team Receives Award from the International Academy, Research and Industry Association
Rolling Meadows,IL—October 21, 2009 Members of the SafeMobile team have received a prestigious scientific award from the IARIA—International Academy, Research and Industry Association at The Fourth International Conference on Systems and Networks Communications (ICSNC) held on September 20-25, 2009 in Porto, Portugal on their dissertation “Wireless Monitoring of a Computerized City Using SafeMobile Units”.
The IARIA is an independent, not-for-profit government organization aimed at promoting scientific and industrial interchanges on advanced technologies between members of existing associations, companies and technical forums. By establishing a bridge between the different scientific, academic, and industrial cultures they are able to promote the research results of scientists still getting their feet wet, as well as those of more well-known experts.
This award represents an official recognition of the SafeMobile technology platform by the international academic community and distinguishes SafeMobile from other GPS application providers through its integrated solutions across various platforms, technologies and applications.
