Client Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) for our office located in Chicago or remote depending on skill sets and location.

The CAM must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology. This individual must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and an entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate must be energetic, a self-starter, competitive, positive attitude, a team player, an excellent communicator, with the drive to succeed.  Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. CAM must be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manages account management and business development functions by establishing new business opportunities for the Company in a timely manner.
  • Provides input for annual business plans including placement funds, market development funds, promotional allowances, marketing programs, and reseller incentives within their area of responsibility.
  • Participates in Corporate Decision Making by reporting to the General Manager and other members of Management on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.
  • Executes Company strategy and establishing short-term and long-term goals and business plans with Management.
  • Conferring with other Managers to plan business objectives, develop organizational policies, make recommendations for coordinating functions among departments, and by advising Management on needed actions.
  • Ensures Smooth Operations by making sure that the office functions productively; by establishing guidelines; and by ensuring that Staff performs assigned tasks accurately, allowing the Company to maximize financial performance and limit risk.


  • 3+ years experience in outside B2B sales of direct wireless or telecom or other similar product-type sales.
  • 3+ years proven record in effective prospecting, cold calling, closing of new accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be comfortable providing product presentations to audiences and trade booth prospects.
  • High energy level, high degree of self-motivation, cheerful, positive attitude.
  • Good driving record, valid driver's license, and able to successfully pass criminal background check.
  • Basic understanding of IP Network Architecture (VPN, Firewalls, VoIP, Multicast)
  • Experience in selling as a Service Provider (VoIP, ISP, or Software as a Service SaaS)
  • Experience in selling technology based products (DMR solutions)

IT Service/ Tech Support - BUCAREST, ROMANIA

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable young person who is able to provide front line support as part of any IT Service Operation.

The primary objectives of our IT Technical Support is to provide support for SafeMobile software for Europe and USA, and to test new releases related to software.

The Support Engineer will work under the direction and supervision of our Chicago based office IT manager, therefore availability for USA working standard business hours (11:30am-8:00pm) and English proficiency are a must.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Provide front line technical support and testing as part of any IT Service Operation for clients abroad
  • Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone and e-mail.
  • Accurately following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • System and IT experience Networking, Windows configuration tools (*.msc, RDP) and command prompt


  • Experience in customizing firewalls and networking configurations
  • Installing and configuring specific software, responding to support calls, identifying and properly evaluating / escalating the issues
  • Testing developed software against specified requirements
  • Accurately monitoring and recording results in test documentation
  • Flexible to overtime requests
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Preferred additional skills:

  • Flexible, resourceful and willing to take full ownership of user problems until they are fully resolved
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision
