Read Whitepaper View Brochure

The newly redesigned SafeDispatch v7.0 is a professional client-hosted software application that enables two-way users to host and manage an intuitive radio system display, Voice Dispatch and AVL solution on their own computer without incurring any monthly fees associated with other web-based or cellular options.

SafeDispatch v7.0 provides all the necessary means to effectively track and monitor mobile assets and personnel by adding intelligent features that work in conjunction with the embedded capabilities of your DMR, TETRA and P-25 radios.

Adding SafeDispatch v7.0 solutions almost instantly provide a return on your investment through benefits including: increased productivity, time and route management, effective customer service, fleet maintenance monitoring, insurance premium reductions for incorporating GPS/AVL applications into your business model, improved communication, real-time data to pinpoint cost saving opportunities, reductions in overtime and other operating expenses and many more.

SafeDispatch v7.0 includes the following suites that can be mixed and matched to customize the perfect solution to meet your individual needs:

NEW! Job Ticketing Suite

Within SafeDispatch v7.0, SafeMobile introduces a new, fully integrated job ticketing system which allows dispatchers to create a dynamic workflow by assigning and sending up-to-date job  tickets while tracking their progress through the radio network. Jobs can be accepted, declined and marked completed by the subscriber units by one-button-click or by sending a predefined text message. Job statuses are customizable and can be adapted for the customer’s business needs.

GPS/ AVL Suite

  • Real-time location information
  • Unit status on/off
  • Polling or immediate location reporting
  • Landmarking
  • Geofencing
  • Alarms
  • Speed and heading information
  • Historical data
  • Voice communication
  • I/O monitoring

Voice Dispatch & Voice Recording Suites

The enhanced capability of Voice over IP allows the dispatcher to communicate with their subscribers directly with Push-To-Talk capability for Private, Group and All Calls using the SafeDispatch v7.0 application interface on-screen and control stations. Voice Recording enables the recording and logging of all calls simultaneously through the Direct IP recording suite.

Text Messaging Suite

SafeDispatch v7.0 is enhanced with text messaging capability that allows for SMS communication between the radio(s) and the dispatcher. The dispatcher can send messages to any radio or group of radios and can also receive messages from radios in a dedicated user-friendly messaging screen.

E-mail Suite

The E-mail Suite allows your radios to send messages to any email address and to receive messages sent from an email address. This function enables dispatchers and managers to communicate with their mobile personnel from any computer in the world without having to run the SafeDispatch v6.0 application from that computer.

Reporting Suite

The SafeDispatch v7.0 Reporting Module offers a variety of reports available for intuitive data interpretation to effectively monitor and improve productivity and performance: ARS, Speeding Report, End of Day Report, Stops Report, Fleet Report, Geofencing & Landmarking Report are just some of the many available.

Telemetry Suite

Monitor I/O ports for Alarm Management of key events pertinent to your business using the radio system for data transmission, rather than expensive GSM or cellular data packages.

Subscriber and User Manager Module:

The Subscriber/User Management Tool allows dispatchers to manage user accounts to assign various access levels and privileges to groups of their users. A dispatcher can also register and edit a specific unit’s information to be tracked and monitored through the SafeDispatch v7.0 application.

Mapping Options

  • OpenStreet
  • Google Mapping Engine
  • ESRI / ArcGIS
  • Customer Provided Maps (I.e. MapInfo or any raster or vectorial format maps)

SafeDispatch v7.0 is compatible with the following radio platforms:

  • Conventional
  • IP Site Connect
  • Capacity Plus
  • Connect Plus
  • Linked Capacity Plus
  • Dimetra IP
  • Dimetra IP Compact
  • Dimetra IP Micro
  • ASTRO P-25

System Requirements:

  • SafeMobile recommends two dedicated PC's to effectively run the application: an Application Server PC and a Dispatcher PC.

The SafeDispatch™ v7.0 Gateway Software is compatible with Windows 7 operating Systems.

SafeDispatch v7.0 Data via Direct IP Connection to Repeater

No Control Station Required - Using MOTOTRBO® Network Interface Service (MNIS)

The MOTOTRBO® Network Interface Service (MNIS) is a Windows service application which supports data applications such as Text Messaging, AVL/GPS Location, Telemetry and others, without requiring control stations. MNIS acts as a gateway to the radio system for the data applications.

It connects with the radio system over an IP network and utilizes the repeaters to transmit and receive data messages between Data Application Servers and MOTOTRBO® radios. Voice and CSBK calls are currently not supported.

Data Application Interface

The MNIS supports the standard UDP/IP based interface for data communication with the radio.

This interface is similar to the data communication via control stations where in that deployment, data messages from the application are routed by the IP stack of the PC to the network adapter of the control station. The control station then receives the data message and transmits over-the-air to the radio. The data message received by the control station from over-the-air is sent to the IP stack of the PC from its network adapter. The IP stack of the PC routes the data message to the application.

When utilizing the MNIS, the data messages from a data application are routed by the IP stack of the PC to the network adaptor (also called the tunnel adaptor) of the MNIS. The MNIS forwards the data message to the repeater for transmission over-the-air. The data message received by the repeater is sent to the MNIS. The MNIS sends the data message to the IP stack of the PC from its tunnel adaptor. The IP stack of the PC then routes the data message to the data application.

The following system configurations are supported by the MNIS:

* Single Site Conventional Digital

* IPSC Conventional

* Capacity Plus

* Linked Capacity Plus
